Structure introduction
(1) 5Ton Manual Decoiler：
Functional and structural characteristics ：It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way. The steel coil is uncoiled by hand. The uncoiler can bear 5T. It is suitable to process the coiled steel with the inside diameter of 508mm.
(2) Feeding
Receiving the raw material (steel sheet), it guarantees the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity. Please refer to the equipment regulation for knowing the function of locate angle iron.
(3) Machine material
In order to get high quality product, our machine adopts welded steel frame structure, AC frequency conversion motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating, heat treatment and chrome coating.
Roller chrome coated thickness: 0.05 mm
Roller material: Forging Steel 45# heat treatment, coated
(4) Shearing mechanism
It adopts hydraulic station and automatic cut to length system to realize the stably cutting of certain length of products. Side guide rails are ensuring the cutting balance during the cuter fall down, this mechanism is adopted to keep the burr and other edge fault away.
Material of the cutting blades: GCr12, processed by heat treatment
(5) Hydraulic system
It is derived by a Gear Pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump could drive the hydraulic cylinder to realize the cutting function.
The system includes a set of hydraulic tank, a set of a Gear Pump, two hydraulic pipes .and two sets of Solenoid Valves.

(6) Electrical control cabinet
Panasonic PLC is adopted to organize all actions of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes: automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working. In order to make the machine has a long service life and easy maintenance; we only adopt globally famous electrical components. And by our special designed program, the human-computer interface is very easy to be adopted by any level of operators.
Guarantee
1: Guaranteed against malfunctions due to manufacturing defects for 1 years after date of purchase. Repairs will be made free of charge.
2: Reparis will not be performed free of change even during the guarantee period in the follow circumstances
- Damage occurs due to a natural disaster
- Malfunction occurs due to user error
- Malfunction occurs due to modifications
- Malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation
After-sales service
1 technician for 7 working days from seller to buyer’s side for the instruction of installation and commissioning as well training. An English-Chinese interpreter will be send by seller in case of the buyer asks. All the expenses of them including local transportation, food, laundry and accommodation in buyer’s country and international tickets will be on the buyer side. The hotel shall be equivalent or better than the level of a Chinese 3 star hotel. The buyer shall provide each person 100USD per day as pocket money.

Machine Loading
The machine will be packaged with plastic film before shipping to prevent scratches. For the key components of the electric control box, wooden boxes will be used for packaging. After the machine is loaded into the container, our workers will conduct a comprehensive reinforcement process.
